Ride

The Ride high calorie burn group cycle is like nothing you will have experienced before. With expert instruction from our motivating team of trainers and set to upbeat tunes and lighting in our Ride studio you will be dropping body fat and smashing fitness levels. Strap on your MyZone intensity tracker and let our team ensure you train at the optimum intensity to get results. Suitable for all levels and always trainer led.

Kickbox fit

Float like a butterfly and sting like a bee with our bespoke Kickbox Fit workouts. These sessions involve Kick bags, punch bags, upper cut bags and some special pad work moves to ensure a knockout workout. Suitable for all levels and always trainer led. Your MyZone intensity tracker ensures your effort is rewarded.

Lift

Buzz Intensity offers a full selection of Hammer Strength selectorised machines as well as Hammer Strength racks, platforms and plate loaded machines. On top of this we have plenty of benches and dumbbells for you to improve all your personal bests in a professional, friendly environment.

Open Gym

It’s not all about instructor led training. Buzz Intensity welcomes you to use the gym as and when you feel like it. Whether you fancy a quick individual run to wipe away those morning cob webs or a lift session with your colleagues to take out the frustrations of a hard day Buzz Intensity caters for you.

The Hub

It’s not all hard work. At Buzz Intensity we welcome you to make use of our comfortable front of house hub. Relax with a coffee, tea, water or Buzz Intensity approved post or pre workout drink and snack. Take advantage of our free wi fi, meet up with friends, chat to our team...our hub is at your disposal...even if you don’t fancy a workout. The Hub is at the heart of the Buzz Intensity community and our community is made up of our members.

Buzz Intensity offers trainer led, high intensity workouts guaranteed to get you results. Split over 4 zones. Transform Zone, Ride Zone, KickBox Fit Zone & Lift Zone. Typically you will burn upwards of 750 calories in a Buzz Intensity workout.
